LOUD starts and stops constantly poor cooling

Ive had this AC for several years and always hated it. 15000 BTU and cant adequately cool an 800 sq foot condo. Very loud like an airplane engine. Stupid internal thermostat makes it start stop start again within a minute. Im looking forward to replacing it. Pricey Piece of Junk.

Was great while it worked

Receive outer box had damage was told it wouldnt effect the product. Well last only 2 summers regularly kept setting 80-82 degrees on energy saver mode. Well the beginning of the 3rd season it started up ok ran fine for about 2 weeks. After that if went into energy save mode and the fan continued to run non stop but never cane back on to cool the only way to get to cool was on regular cool setting and there is a fan that stays on constantly I have to turn of ar reset and every time I turn it on it goes back to energy save setting and doesnt cool.have to reset to cool so it will work and of course nobody works on these units. Very expensive lesson at 649.00 at home depot.

Energy saver mode comes on every 5 minutes.

This air conditioner comes on every 3 minutes sampling the temperature in energy saver mode. I hate that. It always bothers me every 3 minutes so I never use the energy saver mode. Other than that the performance is good.

Long Life Life Is Good LG

I fitted this unit in my garage 8 years ago and still going after surviving a garage fire about 4 years ago minus the front cover which melted from the heat. Today it will not cool on cool mode but will cool on Energy Saver. I will be buying it again very soon

Four year life span

Four year life span. The power plug module started buzzing the fourth year I needed it Blew cool air but didnt seem to turn off. Finally crapped out completely and tripped the breaker. Really sad. Im used to A/Cs lasting twenty years.

After two summers of use this no longer cools my 600 sq ft apartment. The first two summers I could have it set on 68 and the whole place was cool and comfortable now even set at 64 the thermostat in the house says its 72 I am so frustrated bc this was a very expensive unit

One and one half seasons to garbage

Worked well for one and one half seasons then wouldnt cool any more. Customer service said I should consider buying a new unit and offered 15 off if I bought from their site. I have an LG tv an LG refrigerator But I will never purchase another LG product.

Only lasted 4 years at 6 months a year I expected more. Sounded like a train after 3 years. It was very good at cooling.
