The remote control was missing. I contacted LG who said I would get a replacement in 7-10 days. Its been almost 2 months...STILL havent received it

great soundbar - im pretty happy and i feel like i made a great decision - its for my 43 inch LG TV thats in my bedroom - plenty of boom in the subwoofer - no complaints at all
