Solid soundbar with great vocal clarity

The S60T is a solid soundbar that provided excellent vocal projection. The S60T arrived in about 2 business days. It was extremely well packed by LG - good thing considering the edges of the box took some good hits from FedEx in delivery. Unboxing the product was straight forward with instructions clearly visible upon removal of the sound bar and subwoofer. The remote is well crafted in familiar LG fashion. The buttons are raised so it is easy to tell which button you are pressing in the dark. Batteries were included which was a nice touch. I do not have the soundbar hooked up to an LG TV however the inclusion of an optical cable in the box made setup simple. The optical cable was well protected and feels quality. The soundbar gets reasonably loud but started to drop in quality when music was too high. Bass stayed consistent and continued to sound great. Most soundbars Ive used in the past struggle with vocals or speech in movies and music. LGs tuning and the fact this is a 3.1 soundbar greatly helped. My previous LG soundbar S65Q had a nice display showing the current mode and a number sequence showing the volume. The S60T has only lights indicating the volume. The lights are definitely less ideal and intuitive than the small display. Overall the LG S60T 3.1 channel Soundbar is an excellent 3.1 channel soundbar that I would definitely recommend you to purchase especially if you own an LG TV.
